By purchasing your custom piece, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions

 

Floral Preservation

We take pride in preserving your bridal flowers so you can have a forever keepsake of your special day. There are a few things to keep in mind when looking at using this service.

Cost.The services will be paid in full prior to your piece being started. This is non-refundable.

Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Provider's work and has a reasonable expectation that Provider will perform the Services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

Delivery of Services. Provider will attempt to provide all Services within a reasonable time frame. This time frame can be up to 6-8 months from the date of receiving the flowers.

#1 ALL flowers do not press the same, this is a natural process of dehydrating the flowers. The flowers WILL change colour and some may not turn out. This is bound to happen and you need to be open minded when wanting your flowers preserved.

Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Provider's work and has a reasonable expectation that Provider will perform the Services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

Loss of Product. In the event that any or all product(s) are lost, such as damage to or loss of a component of the product necessary for final delivery, Provider shall refund Client a pro-rated portion of the Total Cost based on the amount of Services that were completed/provided against the amount of Services that were agreed to be completed/provided.

Failure to Perform Services. In the event Provider cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:

  1. Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and
  2. Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and
  3. Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.

Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:

  1. A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or
  2. War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or
  3. Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Delivery of Services. Provider will attempt to provide all Services within a reasonable time frame. This time frame can be up to 12 weeks from the date of receiving the inclusions.

Cost. The total cost for all Services is due in full prior to receiving your inclusions.

Time. The custom piece can take up to 12 weeks to be completed and mailed back. We strive to have pieces finished before this time frame, but depending on orders in the queue, it is out of our hands. Please be patient with us - we promise it will be worth the wait.

Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Provider's work and has a reasonable expectation that Provider will perform the Services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

Maximum Damages. Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Provider.

Warranty. We do not offer warranty on any custom piece. Please do not resize rings as the keepsake will potentially fall out if any altering is made. Please follow all care instructions. The stones may have minor yellowing over time - this is natural and unpreventable - storing out of direct sunlight when not wearing can help minimize this.
